We will always do our best to ship your product(s) as soon as possible and like to pride ourselves on quick turnaround but as each scarf is made to order please allow for the standard 3-5 working days for delivery.

If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Each SQUAD is hand printed, pressed and packed by our highly skilled team who work really hard to manufacture each SQUAD to the highest of standards but if, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase from squadscarf.com, we're here to help.  Please read out T&C's below.

We accept unworn products in their original packaging purchased exclusively from squadscarf.com.  Please Note: If you purchased your product(s) from an official retailer, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.  

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order for us to process your return within the 30-day time frame, please account for the time it takes for your chosen carrier to ship your item(s) back to our distribution centre in the United Kingdom.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* If the item has obvious signs of use
* If the item has been opened and removed from packaging
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please contact us regarding your return before sending the product.  

Damaged Product:

If you received a damaged product, we're really sorry and please notify us immediately.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@squadscarf.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@squadscarf.com and send your item to: Citrus House, Aberdeen, ABE, AB12 3BQ, United Kingdom.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product with receipt of purchase to: Citrus House, Aberdeen, ABE, AB12 3BQ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

The Kiltwalk Product Returns Policy:

Given the handmade nature of our production process with every Kiltwalk t-shirt being made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless an item is faulty. Please consult the size chart provided when ordering your t-shirt to ensure you select the best fit.  If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact one of the team at team@squadscarf.com.
